YESSSS

So I was getting really discouraged. Every time I would get on the scale I would see a rise in weight every time, and I wouldn’t understand why. Yesterday I found out why … I HAVE MUSCLES!! haha. My arms … oh WOW when I flex I have triceps and Biceps! and they are bigger than my hubbys. [he’s a string bean and hasn’t worked out for years!] haha. Also my legs are becoming more muscular and I’m also noticing that V taper on my body from my upper body down to my obliques.

Hooray for progress. ^_^

So Far so good.

I’ve been doing my work out vids AND been going for walks/jogs. [walks with the kids, and jogs with the hubby] I’ve been covering 2 miles between 30 and 35 minutes. 30 with jogging and 35 with walking. I have noticed a big change in my belly size which is good.

I’m sure it’s because every morning I have a weightloss shake. They’re so good! haha.
Yesterday and today I didn’t do any work outs. I had a headache yesterday I think it’s because I need to wear my glasses more often and today I felt nauseous! and it’s Fat Tuesday!! hehehe I didn’t do anything bad yet but I am contemplating making a root beer float since I am giving up sweets, soda, and fast food for Lent. [Catholic do it every year] And for Lent I am going to try to pray more and do more things that are good for my mind,body, and soul!!

So far today I’ve had
Breakfast - slim fast shake
lunch- 1 apple a handful of carrots, 1 serving of cheese its, and a slim fast shake

This morning I did my 30DS and just finished walking about a mile and a half with the kids in 30 minutes. That walk felt good. I love feeling my muscles twitch, I know that I did something right. Tonight HOPEFULLY I’ll be able to jog around the block with my honey. Maybe just two laps. It’s pretty cool that our neighborhood is pretty much 1 lap around I think it’s a little longer.

I wish we had a pool. I used to LOVE swimming and I know swimming you burn so many calories! On my exercise list it says 30 mins of breast stroke burns 400 calories! Oh I need a pool!! haha.

welp my break is over.

Struggling.

With Vday coming up … UGHH I am a sweet FREAK! haha. I told the hubby that I don’t want to go out for Vday I just want to stay home and eat here. Since I haven’t been going out and eating in and my Hubby hasn’t bought fast food I’ve dropped a size! yay but I still have 4 more sizes to go. I did exercise today FINALLY! Sat I went to LA to visit my Grand Parents Sunday was super bowl and all morning I was preparing food. HEALTHY FOOD I made a bunch of snacks and salads from Cook this not that I LOVE IT! Continuing we had guests over until 11pm and then I didn’t go to bed until 1am!!! Monday I was just to exhausted, Tuesday I had a meeting with my daughters Home Schooling Education Specialist and it was raining and cold and I just wanted to cuddle with the Husband. TODAY I PLOWED through it!! I did 30 day shred and 2 circuits of Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. So far I’ve had my slim fast drink one cookie and a handful of pita crisps and about 2 table spoons of fresh hummus. I LOVE hummus. I seem okay right now I think I’m used to not eating a lot so I don’t feel like I am being deprived of anything.
So that’s really all that has been going on. I am going to try to do 30 day shred everyday and at least 2 or 3 circuits of BFBM a day. I really want to be healthier.

I will make my goal this year!
Then I can be Faye Valentine for Halloween!! ^_^ haha yea I am thinking about Halloween already … it’s the hubby’s bday too. For YEARS we’ve been saying we’ll be Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine BUT I’ve been fat … but not this year!! ^_^

I’m back … at least I think I am.

The whole time I was gone what did I do? Nothing. All I did was eat … I felt free for once, but now looking at myself I think I have gone back a bit … not to where I once was I will never be 200 and over again … but I think I’m at 190 I’m afraid to go onto a scale.

So right now i just finished one circuit of the Banish fat boost metabolism and soon I will be playing wii sports with the hubby like boxing and tennis to keep my cardio up and maybe a bit of jogging on the wii fit. I’m afraid what the scale will reveal but hopefully if I am 190 I can be down to 180 by the end of the month by calorie counting and exercise.

I’m going on hiatus.

I don’t know what is going on but I don’t want to do anything. I’m in some sort of depression and I can’t seem to get myself out.

I feel worthless. I know I’m not … but i can’t shake these feelings.

I’m tired of where I am in life … but I don’t have many options.

I am going to take a break and figure myself out.

Not to long of a break … hopefully.

I LOVE/hate the rain. Why am I so upset??

There are so many reason why I love the rain, it makes things grow, it looks beautiful, I love splashing in puddles, and California NEEDS IT!!

The only reason why I DON’T like the rain is it makes me LAZY!! I haven’t exercised at ALL this week!! I was going to do it today but I didn’t have time too I am just so behind!!!! This is what happens when you’re married to a man that doesn’t help you!

Tomorrow I will exercise!! I have to!!!

That’s really it for this week really … I haven’t done anything. *sighs* I need to do grocery shopping too!! ugh!!! I just want to crawl in bed and go to sleep!!!

OMG!!!! Jillian Michaels is going to KILL ME!! haha

So I started the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD It has 7 circuits … by circuit 2 I wanted to DIE! So what I am going to do is …

Do 30 day shred and then one circuit of BFBM after 30 day shred. There are 7 circuits so by my 7th day of Jillian Michaels I should have completed all 7 circuits then I’ll do 30 DS then 2 circuits of BFBM and then 3 then 4 and so forth until I am doing all of it at once.

It is very challenging!! I thought this would be easy … NO WAY!! I can see how you can lose up to 5 lbs a week if you do this dvd EVERY DAY!!!

I am so not ready to do this one everyday all the way through!! But man I will be to where I want to be in NO TIME!!!

Day 7 Level 2 of 30 Day Shred

AHHHH I felt like doing 30 day shred level 2 and AHHHHHHH It was so hard but so good!! I KNEW I was already bored with Level 1 haha. I was so tired afterwards!! That’s the way I like to feel when I work out. It was much more fun. So today

all I’ve eaten is

2 slices of toast with smart balance butter stuff haha
coffee with creamer and sugar
2 bowls of marshmallow maties haha [cereal]
2 oranges
1 bowl of homemade chili [my dads he makes the best]
and I hate to admit it I had
3 slices of french bread!
1 glass of lemonade
water through out the day

yea not very good. I need to go grocery shopping.

I’m trying really hard to not eat to much bread! It’s my weakness haha

So I can’t wait to get this new dvd. I am going to work my ASS off every day!!

70 minutes a day I think I can handle it.

I will start out slow with the new dvd so I know what I am getting myself into … maybe for 4 or 5 days but after that
70 minutes a day

then I’ll buy the trouble zone DVD maybe after a month and a half so I’m constantly doing something different. I really don’t want to get stuck and have the pounds budge ….
It’s all about muscle confusion. Do different routines so your body doesn’t adapt and not burn maximum calories.

Alright enough of my ranting. Time to clean and get the kids to BED!

and the Wedding is 175 [it’s not the day of the wedding I’m giving myself two days before the wedding because we are traveling the day before]

Okay now onto the Negative Foods
I posted this back in June so here it is …

I hope that got EVERYONE’S ATTENTION. Now these foods aren’t really negative calories … let me explain. Before you put them in your mouth they have calories and nutrients everything your body needs but … during digestion your body burns MORE calories when you consume these foods thus cancelling out each other making them negative calories. Neat right!! So here is THE LIST.

VEGETABLES

Asparagus, Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage[green], Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chicory, Chili Peppers, Cucumbers, Endive, Garlic, Lettuce, Onions, Spinach, Turnip, Zucchini

FRUIT

Apples, Cranberries, grapefruit, lemons, mangos, oranges, papayas, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries, and Tangerines.

Now Remember They are NEGATIVE when you eat them as is, or boiled or steamed of course but nothing added, so Apples with Peanut butter or Caramel dip wont do.

Also if You know or have an update List let us know!!! I eat most of these everyday so I was happy to know that it takes more for my body to digest!!! YAY!!

So if you’re still hungry snack on one of these babies!! haha
